Civil Engineer

TRC-Scottsdale has an immediate opening for a Senior Land Development Engineer.


Qualifications:


The applicant should have 5 or more years of experience in civil engineering and land development related projects with recent experience in project management. Applicant must have a emphasis in one or more of the following areas. Some experience in all or most is preferred:


Plat Design

Water System Design and Modeling

Sewer System Design and Modeling

Drainage Design and Modeling

Transportation Evaluations

Management of subcontractors performing related work

Development of Preliminary and Final Plat Documents, including Improvement Plans

Planning and zoning issues.


Applicant should have strong team-oriented skills and project management skills. Proficiency with water, sewer, and/or drainage modeling software is preferred. A minimum of a BS in engineering is required and a civil engineering degree is preferred. Professional registration with the state is required.
