- 3+ years local experience as a Land Development Project Manager
- Master Plan / Subdivision experience

- Working for a well known Land Development Firm near Phoenix
- Proposal Preparation
- Budgeting Preparation
- Staff Supervision
- Client Interaction
- Municipalities/Government Agencies Interaction
