Description


Position will be entry level engineer based in Birmingham, Alabama and the individual will be working on gas storage fields. Individual will conduct various functions within department including reservoir/well integrity and performance monitoring. Specific duties related to these greater tasks include field deliverability analysis, pressure-inventory analysis, well test design and analysis and assessing well integrity. Additional duties shall include production and formation log analysis, identification and design of well stimulations and workovers. Technical report writing will be a significant aspect of this position. Individual should have a strong background in Excel, Access and Word or other similar applications. Experience in using OFM and AutoCAD is desired but not required. Travel will be required for this job.

Qualifications


Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferred emphasis in Petroleum or Geological Engineering (although other engineering disciplines will be considered).
