JOB DESCRIPTION:
The selected individual will be assigned as one of the SIGINT Programs representatives to the SID Architecture IPT. This task involves developing a subset of the architecture products required to describe the NSA SIGINT Development and Planning Architectures. These products will conform to the C4ISR Architecture Framework, Version 2.0. Specifically, the SP SETA team is responsible for developing the following products: OV-2 Operational Node Connectivity Description, OV-3 Operational Information Exchange Matrix, OV-5 Activity Model, OV-7 Logical Data Model, SV-1 System Interface Description, SV-2 Systems Communication Description, SV-6 System Data Exchange Matrix.

Education:
BSEE, BSCE or related technical degree.

General Experience:



3 years of technical experience leading or supporting projects and programs for government or industry customers.

1.5 years experience in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, communications systems, and information technology.

2 years systems engineering experience in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test, and transition into operations.

1 year experience in the Intelligence Community. Experience with projects/programs that involved multiple activities and multiple vendors.



Specific Requirements:
Experience-based knowledge of architecture frameworks (C4ISRAF, Zachman, etc.) Experience-based knowledge of various SIGINT systems and resources required to collect, process, and exploit multiple SIGINT disciplines. Specific modeling experience using Popkin's System Architect.
