Position Description:

Westaff is currently seeking a Bilingual Medical Appointment Setter to work for our client, a local health clinic, located in Southeast Phoenix. Responsibilities will include accepting incoming call from patients to schedule medical appointments, verifying medical appointment, canceling medical appointments, light data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned. This is a full time position with the work hours of 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday. Local candidates only please.

Position Requirements:


Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi task
Must be able to pass a preemployment background check
