* * 5 Years Related Experience - REQUIRED
* * College Level Coursework - REQUIRED
* * College Degree preferred
* * Microsoft Office Experience - REQUIRED
* * Medical Office background preferred
* * Medical terminology beneficial
* * Clinical Research and/or science background.
* * Computer knowledge & well developed organizational skills
* * Customer Service - Effective Communicator - Interpersonal skills helpful
* * Ability to multitask in high volume environment

Will be performing task such as:
Responsible for administrative functions for department.
Provides customer service for internal and external customers:
Assists in budget preparation.
Reviews protocols, activities and informed consents to ensure regulatory needs are met where appropriate.
Maintains databases for department or function.
Recommends and develops processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Compiles, analyzes, and processes statistical data/reports for program and/or department.
Conducts research and assists with departmental projects as requested.

Interact well with residents, physicians, sponsors, clinic staff. Assists in moderately complex tasks including coordinating specific programs, submitting and tracking data, and providing administrative and secretarial support.
