Responsible for the management of the Patient Care Outcomes and Nursing Services in the Rehab setting to include a 21 bed Acute Rehab unit. Responsible for department specific cost targets, employee satisfaction and turnover, clinical competency, patient satisfaction and over all leadership of department on a 24 hour basis.


Qualifications


Candidate must have RN license in the State of Alabama or the ability to obtain. BSN required, with MSN preferred. Candidate must have clinical background in Oncology, with Chemo Certification. Previous leadership experience preferred.
