REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications: RN - BSN required. Certification as a Quality Healthcare Professional (CPHQ) preferred. Experience in designing data collection, clinical record review, data analysis, reporting and presentation skills desired.

Responsibilities: This professional will support the medical center's system wide initiatives in quality assurance and quality improvement activities to promote achievement of the strategic goals. The role includes facilitating collaboration among healthcare disciplines to design QI and QA activities including goal setting, rapid tests of change, system design, data collection and analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to improve patient care or safety. Performs medical staff patient care review and peer review coordination.
