Senior Health Care Consultant

Hayes Management Consulting continues to experience tremendous growth and we are looking to add key players to our health care consulting team. We have offices in Newton, Massachusetts and Huntington Beach, CA.


The Senior Health Care Consultant provides effective solutions to our clients. You will help our clients manage and improve their businesses, by strategically planning, directing and coordinating activities to help them with their business operations, clinical and technical needs. You are expected to perform a variety of complex project tasks independently and in a leadership role. Extensive travel is required (80-100%). Most Consultants work out of their home offices across the United States we only require that you are accessible to a major airport.


The successful candidate will have:


3+ years experience working with IDX applications, including FlowCast (BAR, Sched, MCA) in a medium to large physician practice setting, hospital environment, or vendor environment


OR


3+ years experience in Epic Systems applications, including Epic Care Ambulatory and/or Resolute Professional Billing. Certification in either of these applications is preferred

6+ years experience working in a health care setting, physician practice or hospital

A solid understanding of the business aspects of physician based business operations, and the software/hardware used to support this experience

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work on multiple, complex projects with high quality results

A strong proficiency in common PC software applications

Willingness and ability to travel 80-100%

A desire to do your best to help our clients succeed.
