Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities: This position delivers supplies as needed to the various departments within FMH/Denali Center. The Distribution Clerk fills departmental supply needs by regular delivery. In addition this position maintains specified inventory levels and records supply utilization by use of computer and keys patient charges in computer. The Distribution Clerk assists staff and outside agencies as needed to obtain supplies from the warehouse. Other duties include answering telephones; operating photocopy machines to copy forms; cleaning of the department and breaking down boxes; participates in inventory and cycle counts; watching for outdates; notifying appropriate personnel of low supply levels or incorrect counts and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Job Requirements: This position requires a High school degree or equivalent and the ability to transfer 100 pounds unassisted, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, push/pull carts up to 150 pounds, transfer materials from floor and 5 foot high areas to carts. This incumbent should also have basic computer and phone skills.
