Fitness Counselor

Fitness Counselors needed to assist health club members in an up-scale Health Club & Spa.


































The Village Health Club & Spa is a private, multi-purpose health club that provides members with five star amentities , state-of-the-art equipment, professional instructors and outstanding member servcie. Our goal is to ensure the delivery of professional, high quality and efficient services to members and guests.


Currently, our Fitness Department is looking for Fitness Counselors to work part time.


Location: Village Racquet & Health Club, 4444 E Camelback Rd, Phx 85018


The Fitness Counselor assists members in the cardio and weight rooms as necessary, delivers water and towels to members and assists with loading and unloading plates in strength training area.


Shifts Available: Sat-Thurs, 2-10 pm


Key Responsibilities


1. Attract and retain members


2. Maintain the weight and cardio room


3. Assist with new member orientations


4. Fills water coolers


5. Ensures towel racks are stocked


6. Attends to other member needs to achieve a high level of member service.





Knowledge Required


Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and operation of all equipment


Understanding of superior customer service


Knowledge of all fitness rules and policies


Previous experience working in a fitness environment
