Job Details:

Cooks food, using industry-standard techniques and equipment in compliance with established recipes and standards. Supervises and coordinates other cooks in the same outlet. Assists Sous Chef with all administrative duties.

1-year culinary arts education preferred. 3+ years of dinner cooking in a high-volume, quality establishment preferred. Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen. Must have a solid skill base in all areas of Pantry and Cooking operations.

Hiring preference is given to qualified Ak-Chin Tribal Members and Tribal Members of other recognized Arizona Tribes.
