Unit Description:
The Environmental Service Manager for this new sale in Alabama will be responsible for the shift leadership of a team of hospital housekeeping employees. The facility has approximately 250,000 cleanable square feet.
Job Description:
Position Summary: Supervises hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: None Basic Functional Experience Required: None You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
