Unit Description:
150 bed Hospital: Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) is a tribally owned and operated hospital that provides a full range of services to Alaska Natives and American Indians who live in Alaska. Quyana Hospitality House: This is a 119-bed, 59-room housing option for escorts of patients or patients themselves. The facility is connected with ANMC on the first floor. Guests of Quyana House are provided meal cards that are used in the cafeteria and not served as in-patients. Candidate should have current experience with At Your Request room service program. Drug screen required for this hospital. Relocation may be negotiable.
Job Description:
Position Summary: Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations. You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
