Job Details:
Greets and meets guests at the pool area within 10 seconds. Maintains a neat and clean work area, but not limited to, arranging pool furniture, picking up used towels and cleaning the pool. Collects payments for the sale of sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. Cleans general Health Club areas and refills supplies (towels, soaps, etc.) in order to provide convenient and courteous service. Cleans public and office areas of casino, following a preset schedule. Job assignments are by section: Slots, restaurants, restrooms, back-of-house, Bingo, Poker, and entry areas. Does other cleaning jobs under direction of Facilities Shift Supervisor.
Mobility to move about Health Club easily and pool area. Visual and auditory range must include immediate environment. Must be able to work in extreme heat and direct sunlight for long periods of time. Prior cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience preferred. Physical condition allowing prolonged period of standing and walking. General knowledge of cleaning chemicals is preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to get along with co-workers and develop team work. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Preference is given to qualified Ak-Chin Tribal Members and Tribal Members of recognized Arizona tribes.
