MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:


1. at least 1-3 years of restaurant management experience


2. open availability for 24/7 operation





3. must enjoy working in both the front-of-house and back-of-house in a hands on manager atmosphere


4. must enjoy providing excellent customer service


5. must be able to support operation in achieving goals such as sales budget, food cost and labor cost.
