Job Title: Receptionist



Division/Department: Administration





Reports to: Store Manager





Location: 701 N. Scottdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257





Responsibilities: Serves as the initial member/client contact, setting the stage for sales and service. Renders service to members/clients as appropriate. Manages member/client perceptions at the initial point of contact, ensuring a positive memorable service experience. Serves as backup Cashier.





Requirements: Six to twelve months' previous experience in a high-pressure, fast- paced, multi-task work environment involving customer service and sales with face-to-face client interaction. Excellent communication, customer service, sales, organizational, and problem solving skills; working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications; flexible; possess ability to work independently and interdependently as part of a team; capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent.
