Job Details:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Ensures proper training, supervision, and development of subordinates. Writes strategic operating plan for assigned outlets. Plans and implements initiatives to help achieve wider property and corporate goals. Monitors and controls physical and sanitary condition of assigned areas. Tracks outlet and employee performance against plan and initiates corrective action under the guidance of the manager to achieve revenues, operating expenses, and guest service ratings.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least one year of supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem solving skills are required.


Preference is given to qualified Ak-Chin Tribal Members and Tribal Members of recognized Arizona Tribes.
