Job Title: Cruise/Tour Agent (Call Center)





Division/Department: Travel Express





Reports to: Travel Express Supervisor





Location: 3144 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix


and moving to 5353 W. Bell, Glendale





Responsibilities: Sells domestic and international travel in a telephone sales and service environment. Cross-sells multi-line product (cruise and tour). Updates and expands industry knowledge leading to certifications or degrees, participates in training as assigned.





Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Background in telephone travel sales, as well as destination and vendor product knowledge. Good communication, customer service, sales, organizational and problem-solving skills; working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications and industry CRS; flexible; possess ability to work independently and interdependently as part of a team; capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
