Benefits/Payroll Services Manager


You will manage the activities of the Employee Resource Center Benefits/Payroll Services team, to efficiently and accurately process and implement compensation, benefits and payroll programs. You will manage projects and collaborate with other team leaders to ensure effective partnering and continuous communication in order to achieve timely and quality customer service for all employees.


Success calls for at least 5 years' progressive experience in HR, benefits or payroll, including 3 years as a Supervisor. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance or similar field expected. Preferred designations include CEBS, CPP, CMA and/or PHR. Strong communication, project management and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of automated transaction systems and relational databases required; PeopleSoft preferred.
