Bonus Plan/Budget Analyst

Bonus Plan/Budget Analyst
The department is responsible for calculating and preparing bonus plans and registers for monthly, quarterly and year-end payments.
The Bonus Plan/Budget Analyst analyzes the Bonus Plan Program for Countrywide s Correspondent Lending Division, which includes providing all bonus plans. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus performance review for all bonus payment calculations for management approval and submit to Bonus Administration.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Administer and assist in the development and preparation of bonus plans, as well, as updating existing plans as needed.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly commission/bonus schedules and submit to Bonus Administration.
- Maintain copies of all plans, distribute plans to new employees and verify their acceptance.
- Special projects as required, including preparation of bonus production reports in various degrees.
- Provide monthly accruals for all future bonus payments along with reconciliation, and reclassing.
- Assist senior management in determining and paying discretionary bonuses.
A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Liberal Arts with business courses preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of combined experience in accounting, data entry, preferably in a securities broker-dealer environment.
- Strong spreadsheet and database skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation Specialist. Provides reviews, reports, and analyses for IMSG's reviews and approvals of HR Central requisitions and status forms. Performs a number of competitive, financial, and compensation analyses. creates and updates job descriptions, manages new hires to headcount reports, and works closely with Corporate Compensation department in reviewing jobs and salaries.
