REQUIREMENTS

HR Decision Support and Reporting Analyst

As a member of the Compensation Department team, this position will provide data analysis expertise utilizing Excel and other similar tools. The incumbent must be able to compile internal and external data and provide analytical analyses that will help increase the effectiveness and competitiveness positioning of the hospital's compensation programs. Responsibilities also include the ability to execute and organize queries and reports from the HRIS system.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Math, or a related field with strong analytical competency are required. 2-3 years finance and/or compensation experience necessary. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications is critical in order to run reports, manipulate and format data, create pivot tables, etc. Previous experience with Lawson or another Human Resources Information System is helpful. Must be detail-oriented and understand the concept of internal customer service.
