As our Clinical Recruiter, you would enjoy a consultative relationship with Hiring Managers, not only finding and recommending candidates, but also helping to advise them on key hiring decisions. Your responsibilities would include:



Maintaining a high level of client contact, including taking requisitions and regularly keeping the client apprised of progress


Screening on-line resumes and conducting in-depth phone interviews


Presenting candidates to Hiring Managers and discussing qualifications in detail


Scheduling candidate/Hiring Manager interviews and following up with both parties


Submitting requests for background checks and conducting reference checks


Making verbal offers of employment as well as advising and negotiating salary


Partnering closely with the Sourcing Department to discuss and develop strategies for hard-to-fill positions

Demonstrated recruitment experience is required, ideally for exempt/non-exempt positions. Clinical recruiting experience is also required. A background in a customer-facing role is also essential. High volume recruiting experience is preferred, as is agency or corporate in-house recruiting experience. Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
