A major key to our success is our expert team of Sourcing Associates. As part Recruiter, part Researcher and part Detective, our Sourcers don't just look up names in a database. They reach out to candidates personally over the phone, slowly developing a network of warm leads that our Recruiters can then interview. It requires a high degree of curiosity and creative thinking, as well as strong negotiation skills.

Currently, our growth has created the need for a Clinical Sourcer to join us in either our Los Angeles or Minneapolis offices (we may also consider strong candidates from other areas for virtual roles). In this position, you would research, target and pre-qualify a wide array of clinical candidates, from Registered Nurses and Pharmacists to Nurse Practitioners and Case Managers.
