Job Description
As the Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will provide analytical support for a wide range of compensation projects designed to support business strategies. Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of innovative compensation programs and policies. This may include short- and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, emerging trends, new technologies and manager training.

Responsibilities include:
·Modeling, statistical analysis and costing of base, incentive and stock programs.
·Coordinate the annual salary review, bonus and stock option programs, including working with web based salary planning software.
·Participate in and analyze data from relevant compensation surveys. ·Utilize technical expertise and serve as an internal resource to recruiters, HR Business Partners and managers. Review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade.
·Coordinates and conducts job evaluations and departmental compensation reviews (market pricing; internal equity; career ladder development).
·Assist in the development of special incentive programs.
·Analyze and prepare reports for VP of Human Resources and Executive Team members.


Required Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a compensation analyst. Previous experience working in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required. Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis, and spreadsheet modeling is required. Hands-on experience working with SAP is a plus. The ability to influence, solve problems and successfully collaborate and communicate with clients is also required.
