As a CareCentrix Contract Recruiter for Gentiva, you will:

*Be responsible for effectively recruiting corporate/administrative positions within an assigned region.

*Analyze the job market, forecast employment needs, and ensure adherence to Company staffing objectives.

*Implement approved recruitment strategies, as well as identify and track the cost, benefit, and effectiveness of recruitment sources and activities.

*Evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions. Maintain resume files for future employment possibilities.

*Refer qualified candidates for additional interviews and ensure that interviews are conducted as appropriate.


Qualifications

*Associate's Degree in Nursing, Human Resources or the equivalent

*Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience

*Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques

*Excellent analytical, organizational, computer, communications, and presentation skills
