Position Description:
We are searching for a highly motivated individual who has a "can do" attitude. Candidates that desire to become a part of a team are encouraged to apply! Candidate will be responsible for recruiting, posting open positions, screening resumes, and scheduling of interviews. Also, working directly with hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are selected. Coordinating New Hire Orientation. Benefits administration. Terminations. Provide administrative support in all human resources functions. Maintain employee personnel files. Other general office duties as assigned. Must be flexible in providing reception coverage as needed.
Position Requirements:
Must be pro-active and a self starter. Must be a "people person" equipped with a "can do" attitude with the willingness to learn. Must have the ability to effectively communicate across departments. Must have strong customer service skills. Must be proficient in basic computer applications
