Responsibilities

Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions in support of the GE Ultrasound, Lunar and Multi-vendor Service business in the Americas. This business includes field engineering, On-line center, product engineers and service commercial team members. Total employee base is over 350 employees in the USA.~HJ~~CB~~NW~ Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline; or High School diploma/GED and 8 years of Human Resources Management experience* Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible HR leadership experience* Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with non-exempt employees and operations leaders.* Ability to support a field forced and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.* You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.* You must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process.* You must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.* You must submit your application for employment through Gecareers.com to be considered.* To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record. The position is in Wauwatosa, WI, headquarters for GE Clinical Systems Services and reports operationally to the GM's of the Ultrasound, Lunar and Multi-vendor service and functionally to the Sr. HRM for GE Healthcare Clinical Systems Services.
