HR Representative

Local HR consulting firm that provides services to a client base in 4 different states is currently seeking an HR Representative.

This person will be writing employee handbooks/policy manuals, writing job descriptions, developing compensation plans, providing guidance regarding discipline/discharge issues, conduct employee training, etc.



The selected candidate will assist with all of the items listed and will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing HR consultation to our customers as required.



Candidates should possess a college degree, preferably in HR, and have 4 or more years of directly related experience performing these duties in a HR dept for a company employing a minimum of 40 employees.



They need to be computer literate in Word and Excel, and have very strong interpersonal skills, as well as well developed writing skills.



This person must be able to multi task and be extremely organized.



Hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm


Salary range is $35-45k, DOE
