WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Experienced HR professional with a strong HR analytical and project work background. The successful candidate must have proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for creation of customized reports for analysis, MS Access highly desirable. Position requires problem solving skills, ability to exercise independent judgment, and make recommendations to resolve situations and issues. Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills are required as is the demonstrated ability to confidently deliver occasional training. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work effectively. The successful candidate will have the ability to service multiple client groups across geographies and manage competing priorities in a changing environment. Must be team oriented, self motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of Human Resources experience is highly preferred. Some travel may be required.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
The position offers the opportunity to provide internal business client groups with a wide range of general people-related solutions. Duties will include new employee onboarding/orientation, developing and analyzing HR Metrics reports, employee file management, providing FML and worker's compensation expertise, facilitating solutions to employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment requirements. Working with HR Generalist, the individual will support the leadership team by developing and executing proactive employee satisfaction programs and providing employee and leadership development training. The individual will also play an active role in country-wide project teams.
