HR Training & Development/ Translator

Provide assistance with both written and verbal Spanish translation at the Wisconsin facilities. Assist in the hiring process, performance management process, and emergency situations where translation is required. Conduct training as needed by the human resource department.

Support consumer affairs by translating for non-English speaking Spanish customers. Translate written communications into Spanish for numerous support departments including Engineering, HR, Consumer Affairs, and Customer Service.

Coordinate Supervisory-Training activities that improve supervision skills and abilities.

Coordinate the hiring process of Spanish speaking employees. Recruit, interview, provide tours, hire, and administer drug test to Spanish-speaking individuals.

Develop, coordinate, and participate in employee recognition events and activities.

Maintain reliable attendance.

Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.

Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
