Responsibilities
Provide HR leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource responsibilities in support of the Global Parts group. This position supports one senior client manager and organizations consisting of over 300 employees. The position is based in Waukesha, WI and reports to the HRM, Global Services. Major duties include: Lead and initiate innovative HR programs, processes and practices such as Session C, salary planning, organizational effectiveness, employee coaching, recruiting, training, communication, performance management and consultation to primary client managers. Support global initiatives by partnering with global HR staff to leverage talent across entire organization.~HJ~~CB~~NW~ Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in business, HR or related discipline * 3-5+ years of HR generalist/leadership experience * Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment and effectively interface with high-level leaders. * Strong Business Acumen * Proven communication, coaching and interpersonal skills. Ability to energize and inspire. * An impact player with proven ability to drive change in an effective and participative manner. * Resourceful, innovative & persuasive * Demonstrated GE leadership values, employee advocacy * Ability to support multiple locations and a remote workforce * Strong analytical skills & work ethic * Willingness to travel as required. Desired
