Experienced in diligence / deal formation and implementation
Needs to have lead or participated in > 15 M&A actions or divestitures
Familiar with term sheets , compensation , benefits and integration procedures

Desired :
Experienced in both front end and back end of M&A process
Experience or knowledge of legal and business elements of M&A
