Position Description:

This rapidly expanding N. Tucson company is seeking a detail oriented and hardworking Human Resource Assistant.  This positions provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training, report and payroll processing.  



 

Position Requirements:


Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritizes, use sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision. 
Ability to communicate and cooperate with cross functional staff/teams to successfully accomplish department, division and corporate goals.
High degree of confidentiality required.
Attention to detail

Experience/Education:
AAS in business, human resources or related field preferred.
Previous HR experience required
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong experience utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and HRIS applications.
