Overview:
Banner Health, Arizona's largest healthcare provider has an opportunity for an Experienced Human Resource Business Analytics coordinator. This position will support the Human Resources I/T Dept. and be located at the Banner Health Corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for working with customers, leading and facilitating multiple projects involving HRIS, Lawson, Kronos, Buck applications etc., implements processes and procedures, researches, evaluates and documents procedures data audit processses, etc.

Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology or equivalent experience. Must have experience working with HRIS. Lawson, KRONOS, Buck etc. in a Business Analytics related role. Highly effective verbal, written and computer skills essential.
