Human Resources Generalist - Salt Lake City, Utah (# 14154)


In this role, you will lead Human Resources activities and provide support and coaching to local management and employees. This position requires knowledge of employment law, and a full range of day-to-day expertise in various HR areas including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional HR generalist or related position. Proven, strong technical ability, preferably with MS Office Suite and PeopleSoft HR and experience in a call center operation is a plus.


Human Resources Specialist - Houston, TX (#17973)


Responsible for executing support activities related to human resource services and programs. Develops and maintains database and statistics for analysis and reporting. Coordinates special projects and assists all functional areas of human resources in support of the department's objectives. Job Specifications include: 4+ years progressively responsible administrative/human resource experience required. Awareness of federal, state, and local laws and regulations that impact human resources and the employment relationship. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, use time management skills and independent judgment. Peoplesoft experience strongly preferred.


Recruiter/HR Consultant - Houston, TX (#11195), Scottsdale, AZ (#17936) or Tampa, FL (#17937)


In this full-time role, you will ensure hiring goals are met across multiple locations through effective, efficient sourcing, recruiting and placing of qualified applicants within our centralized operation centers. Job Specifications include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. At least 3 years of progressive, full-life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Operations. At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional HR generalist or related position. Experience building strategic recruitment plans. Experience in Internet resume sourcing; strong assessment skills. Multi-tasking ability, excellent problem solving skills and analytical and project management skills. Consulting and leadership skills; innovative and flexible. Effective communication and presentation skills with all levels of management. Proficient with database management and MS Office.
