Large, reputable company in Stevens Point is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter. Looking for someone that has an eye for talent, plus a creative and strategic approach to attract quality candidates. Must be able to recruit a high volume of IT professionals across all levels within the organization. The mission of the HR Recruiter is to attract and hire quality candidates and deliver against metrics established to aquire extraordinary talent. Employee also supports internal business functions in resolution of a variety of employee relation issues within federal and state legal requirements.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related area. Minimum of 3 years of experience with high volume IT recruiting experience. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite. Must have the ability to work independently and within a team driven environment.
