Top firm providing staffing services to hospitals seeks an energetic recruiter to join their team. Positions available in two locations.


Candidate will be responsible for recruiting physicians and mid-level practitioners to work at staff hospitals and clinics.


Job duties will include sourcing, screening, writing and negotiating contracts, as well as orienting new hires to team members and hospital staff. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining retention and providing recruiting expertise to the rest of the team.


Requirements:



Requires a BA/BS degree or comparable recruiting experience.


3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in physicians' recruitment or medical sales. Previous emergency department background preferred.


Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal), and able to work under minimal supervision. Candidate will also require excellent negotiation/persuasion skills. This position will be responsible for the follow-up of contracts.


Candidate must be organized with good computer skills; also must be able to work well under deadlines and in a team environment.


Benefits: Will receive full company benefits after standard waiting period 1st month following 60 days of service. Also 401k and holiday/vacation pay.





Salary range $50-70k plus incentive bonus DOE.
