Program Manager - On-Site

Adecco Engineering and Technical Services, a worldwide leader in Professional and Technical staffing, is currently looking for a Program Manager for a client site in Milwaukee, WI.

This position will oversee all aspects of a national staffing program for a premier Adecco client.
Responsibilities:
Implement, Direct and manage multiple sites and multiple vendors with revenue in excess of $20M
Establish and Maintain rapport with client and act as key contact for all client champions
Identify opportunities for growth of account
Responsible for quality program including Quarterly Business Reviews. Satisfy quality metrics established for program and ensure vendor adherence to standards
Responsible for meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Oversee billing and payroll functions for account and branches nationally.

Qualifications:
Prior on-site management in a similar environment strongly preferred
Ability to set and manage priorities, communicate clearly orally and in writing.
Ability to interact with all levels of organization and management
Ability to handle multiple problems simultaneously
Ability to continually improve processes and procedures in accordance with company and client policies
Must be highly skilled at MS Office (Excel and Word primarily)

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years prior experience in program management, sales, and management of multiple operating units.
