Recruiter
Will be responsible for sourcing candidates via cold calling/networking/Internet, recruiting, and screening/interviewing qualified candidates. Will also consult with managers, understand the skills needed and participate in the final candidate selection process. Responsibilities include coordinating advertisements with our ad agency, special events (e.g. open house, job fairs, college recruiting) and performing skill searches to retrieve suitable candidates on Internet and internal applicant tracking system.
Ideal candidate have a proven track record in sourcing/recruiting candidates on a high-volume basis. 3-5 years experience, excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills are essential as is a demonstrated record of professional ethics. Background in cold-calling, familiarity with labor laws and guidelines, and solid PC (Word, Excel Lotus Notes) skills required. BA/BS degree in a related field and knowledge of mortgage banking desirable. Must also be self-motivated, discreet, resourceful and detail-oriented.
