At CyberCoders, you will be provided with as many orders as you want to take on. You will never have to cold call for clients. Just recruit and build your client relationships!

How does it work? We have developed a system that brings in the orders. Your job is to choose the top candidates from our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and call them to sell them on the opportunity you have for them. CyberCoders has 1,200+/- jobs open nationwide.

No travel needed -- no clients visits -- you will become an Internet/Software/Emailing whiz! Enjoy incredible resources, technical advantages & a huge database.

What we provide:

- We give you the job orders -- no need to cold call for orders! Our system brings in client leads who are actively hiring. You then take over and recruit the job orders -- no wasting time cold calling for orders!
- We give you the candidates in an incredible Applicant Tracking System (ATS) -- and access to every tool you will need to sort through & find the candidate that will fill the position.
- Over $1 million a year spent in advertising to bring the candidates to your door -- or at least to your ATS -- we don't do in person interviews!
- A great team to work with in a positive, fun work environment with a custom-built 900 square foot kitchen/conference room; with free sodas, snacks & a big conference table - but we only gather to celebrate placements or have lunch!
