Recruiting Consultant

BASIC FUNCTION: Delivers consultative services to Managing Partners, Managing Directors, Field Directors, College Unit Directors, and Recruiters regarding recruiting and selection of full-time and college Financial Representatives. Designs and implements diversity specific recruiting tools and materials for use across the system. Aligned with agency development DAD team (s) to support their Network Offices. Supports recruiting schools and academies. Serves on cross-departmental project teams.


QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required. Business, communication or liberal arts major preferred. Minimum of three years progressively responsible work experience required. One year of field experience or other industry experience in talent acquisition required. Must possess strong written and oral presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and use persuasive communication skills when dealing with various levels of Home Office and field management. Ability to travel 30-40% of the year.
