SAP HR Business Analyst



Business Analyst for SAP ERP2004, Portal, BW, and other applications supporting Human Resource processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is motivated by constant challenges and continuous learning. You will provide consulting to business users (management and end users) to help them improve their processes with system solutions. Your responsibilities will include requirement gathering, process modeling, functional design, and system configuration, working with ABAP developers to define and test enhancements, application testing, documentation, training end users, and ongoing support for users.
Domestic and International travel may be required on occasion but not on a regular basis. LSI?s Business Process Team is a team environment where we all work together to complete tasks based on set project plans.
