Responsibilities

* Bachelors degree in business, HR or related discipline * Minimum 10 years of increasingly responsible HR generalist /leadership roles including experience in Labor Relations* Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with high level business leaders. * Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Able to energize and inspire. * An impact player with proven ability to drive change in an effective and participative manner * Resourceful, innovative, persuasive * Demonstrated GE leadership values * Ability to support multiple locations and open to travel globally* Strong analytical skills Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions in support of Diagnostic Imaging Operations located around the world.~HJ~~CB~~NW~ Qualifications

* Lead overall UA/UR activities globally including coordinate 2007 contract negotiation reviews* Help drive the continued globalization and competitiveness for the Supply Chain* Partner with client leadership to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital.* Ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback * Manage headcount targets, employee relations, salary planning, compensation/benefits, organizational development, staffing & recruiting assessments, personnel practices, compliance, and Session C for client base. * Desired

The business unit is comprised 15 plants in 10 Countries, 7 Unions and 3000 employees globally. The position is located in Waukesha, WI, with need for quarterly global travel.
