Primary Responsibilities :

Intuit's Talent Acquisition Team is lead by the winner of the 2006 HR Symposium Innovator Award and we are looking to grow our recruiting team!
As a Senior Recruiter, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure the development of customized staffing strategies for a given business unit/division within Intuit. Your goal will be to use seasoned account management and consulting skills to execute upon talent management plans - includes, but is not limited to: assessment training, manager coaching, talent forecasting, issues resolution, and Talent Acquisition process improvement.
Essential/Key Responsibilities:
- Proven success in full cycle recruitment utilizing mature account management skills
- Desire and capability to work with other Talent Acquisition partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
- Provide customized recruiting strategies - not one size fits one
- Provide diverse candidate flow - must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusion
- Fill requisitions in a timely manner with quality hires
- Provide the appropriate level of guidance, consultation and education to hiring managers on hiring process and best practices
- Proactively identify and educate managers on factors that could impact the hiring process (e.g. relocation, immigration, export license requirements)
- Stay informed and connected to external factors and market conditions that
impact our ability to attract quality hires
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the Intuit culture, products and industry
- Support internal processes/requirements
- Champion College Recruiting by identifying New College Grads and Intern hiring needs as well as participation college recruiting events and making recommendations on program strategies
Qualifications :
BA/BS in a Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field - including technical fields. Masters in HR/OD or MBA preferred. Extensive experience recruiting in a high volume technical environment with a focus on quality of hire is required. Experience recruiting for web or desktop software companies desired, as well as experience working in organizations with complex or matrixed structures.
