Description:
Job Title: Sr. HR Manager, Marketing
Job Location: Corporate Headquarters Sunnyvale, CA
Job Summary: Provide proactive strategic HR partnership to support specific business function. Advise, influence and guide all levels of management on the HR implications of business strategies and all aspects of people-management and leadership. Drive processes, rewards, and strategies that support change and optimize the companys investment in human capital while ensuring alignment and support of Corporate culture and business initiatives.
Essential Functions:
§ Implement high quality HR programs and services that enable the attainment of business goals including staffing, compensation and OD support.
§ Proactively initiate dialog with Sr. Management staff to provide experienced counsel and advice on all matters related to the engagement and commitment of employees.
§ As a strategic business partner, change agent and member of the management staff, help define and drive strategic plans and objectives.
§ Drive workforce planning and skills analysis, provide organizational development support by creating succession plans, providing leadership analysis, conducting risk assessment analysis, and participating in the design of development plans for the business unit
§ Provide executive staff individual coaching and feedback on behaviors and styles/methods of communication that impact the productivity and morale of employees
§ Provide periodic assessments of management practices and recommend interventions as required
Requirements:
§ Proven track record working with executives and management demonstrating outstanding influence and client management skills, demonstrated experience in having managed large-scale change initiatives through implementation, able to balance strategic and systems thinking with operational implementation and execution, experience supporting a global business organization in a highly leveraged HR business model.
Education:
BA/BS/MA/MS degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or Human Resources 12+ years in overall Human Resource Management operating as a Business Partner in a large high tech organization Requirements: Travel < 10 % Professional / College Professional Site Expertise Human Resources - Staffing Job Type Full Time Location US-CA-Sunnyvale (Corporate Headquarters) Years of Experience +10 Years
