Job Description/ Qualifications:Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs secretarial and administrative support for Manager and Branch Staff. Support the Customer Service function of Client and provide direct assistance to the branch s temporary staff.
Essential Functions:
1. Prepares correspondence and reports as needed.
2. Answers phone, screen for called in Available calls and logs in CM, addresses telephone inquiries and assists where needed.
3. Meets and greets visitors
4. Maintains calendars checking in appointments and verifying application is in CM and stages eApp or Xpert testing.
5. Has skill and knowledge of organization practices and polices.
6. Passes along inquiries and requests from Corporate, Field or Customer sources.
7. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all client and temporary employee interactions.
8. Mail or distribute all payroll checks in accordance with the branch s procedures.
9. Assist with local direct mail efforts and update as needed.
10. Perform Progress calls of Associates on Assignment.
11. Perform application screening process, submit background requests, drug test send outs and employment reference checking.
12. Maintain inventory of all supplies. Ensure office equipment is in good working order and that the facility is professional in appearance and environment. Maintain Adecco manuals, adding all procedural updates in a timely manner.
Secondary Functions:
1. Performa other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High School diploma
2. 1 year related work experience required.
3. Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as email and Microsoft Word/Excel. Must have the ability to learn new software with ease.
4. Abel to communicate effectively and clearly
5. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills.
