Description:
Must be a hard worker with outstanding communication skills and enthusiasm, who takes pride in his/her work and enjoys a sense of accomplishment. Must be able to work independently and yet be a dedicated teammate. Candidate will recruit, interview, check references, and make offers for technical and professional employees. Position requires at least 3 years of experience in the HR field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidate must be familiar with employment law, practices, and procedures. Candidate must be able to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
