Training Facilitator

Description:
o Develop and maintain written training modules related to customer service agent utilized software.o Develop curriculum for delivery of classroom instructions and presents hands - on training.o Maintains a high level knowledge of the company software utilized by the customer service agents.o Responsible for developing, and implementing of new curriculum for new hire classes and staff development.o This includes administering and organizing training programs, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, monitoring and tracking results of training programs

Required Qualifications:
o Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees.o Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.o Ability to collaborate with manager, co-workers, staff and all levels of management.o Excellent facilitation skills.o Must be high energy and enthusiastic with the ability to work non-traditional schedules.o Previous training experience in the call center environment desired.
