This young, expanding and dynamic group insurance wholesaler is seeking several Account Managers for it's northern NJ office.

In the role of Account Manager you will be responsible for an assigned block of brokers, handling all group benefit service issues for their clients and for producing additional business from these brokers (inside sales mostly). Generate proposals, scrub new business submissions, and act as liasion between the carriers, brokers and clients.

This is a fast paced, vibrant office and the company really rewards motivated employees.
In addition to the base salary (not a draw), you will be able to earn top commsissions on any business you bring in, plus the firm offers a retirement plan, subsidized health insurance and a non-contributory profit share plan.
